This habilitation manuscript deals with inverse problems. During these 10 years of research, I have been interested in all the facets of inverse problem solving, namely their modeling, their resolution, the estimation of the parameters modeling the observation or governing the quality of the reconstruction.
Optimization is really at the heart of my research activities. Most of the work I have undertaken is related to real applications such as geophysics, microscopy (MACROscopy, biphoton microscopy), PET, fluorescence spectroscopy or NMR spectroscopy.
